Sales team

Eltra has a very experienced sales team that consists of Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers, an Export Manager and the Field Sales team, specifically for the Belgian market. They are supported by colleagues from customer service and sales support.

Key account managers

The team of Key Account Managers continually focuses on their assigned key accounts, often the larger DIY retail chains. Optimising the return of the retailer’s various categories is the starting point. They make proposals for new introductions, instore display actions and improvement of instore communication. The key account managers are supported by sales assistants.


Field sales

The Belgian DIY retail sector is characterised by a wide variety of independent shops and buying groups. To serve these shops optimally, we have an extensive field sales team. This team consists of 4 representatives who visit the shops on a regular basis. In a number of cases, they even take care of the order intake. The team of merchandisers supports the representatives with shop conversions and introductions of new ranges.


Customer service

The customer service team answers all incoming questions from customers and ensures flawless processing of orders and returns. They can rely on a high level of automation (EDI and DAM) and the support of the technical after sales support for technical questions about products.


Business Development

Eltra has ambitious growth targets. In order to realise these, we have a Business Development Manager and an Export Manager within the sales team. They are occupied with the development of new retail segments like consumer electronics and the development of new geographical markets like France, Spain, Poland and Germany.
